auto backup doesn`t save the files regulary

hi, i am on max9 and have the problem, that my auto backup doesn`t save the files regulary. i set the backup interval ro 5 min. and the number of backup files to 3. the first 3 files are saved into the defined direction as it should be, but then no more files are saved there.
i don`t know why this happens. would be thankfull for suhggestions

If the number of backup files is 3, then only 3 files are saved.Every 5minutes one back-up file is taken and over-written the existing file(s) in order.
If you want to save more files, you must increase the number of backup files.

yeah, but when i look at the times when the files were changed the last time i see that they never get updated.
